Post Agreed Actions from Meeting 19 January 2011

The following actions were agreed:

  • Get Website up and running http://www.getinvolvedexminster.co.uk
  • Invite people to join the group on Facebook getinvolvedexminster
  • Borrow Placards from local councillor – put these up outside people’s homes throughout the village
  • Scene Magazine – advertise local meetings
  • Advertise meetings on notice boards and in local businesses (Post Office, Coffee on the Corner, Doctors surgery etc)
  • Window posters (statistics, map of the area with the expansion plans) – put these in local businesses and homes
  • Exminster School Newsletter – to inform parents about local meetings

Guess we'd better work out what needs to be on them and chuck together a design...

Martin has lived in Exminster for over 10 years and although not based there now, still has family who are and is very fond of the village and its community.

Yes, saw that. Hold fire though because Charlie has just phoned Mum about PR person in village he knows who will help with all that sort of thing for love!
